Bahasa Indonesia for Expatriate

BAHASA INDONESIA For EXPATRIATE

First of all, I would like to introduce my self to you all the readers of my blog. My name is Mr. Joko Prasojo. I am 26 years of age and I am an Indonesian who is teaching English for local students in Semarang Indonesia. I have been working in the Centre of Language Training of Soegijapranata Catholic University Semarang. I have been experiencing in teaching for four years, which gives me a lot of benefits and knowledge. Besides teaching English, I also deal with teaching for “Bahasa Indonesia” for expatriate in Indonesia particularly in Semarang. In every year, the numbers of students from Holland who are doing their research in Semarang Indonesia are increasing. They all have known that language may become a big problem during their stay in Indonesia to communicate with the citizens. They are to learn “Bahasa Indonesia” in order to communicate with the inhabitants here which is supporting their social relationship as a foreigner. By mastering basic level of “Bahasa Indonesia for Expatriate, they have been ready in communicating with other people, for instance they may be able to speak in “Bahasa with lecturers, managers, workers, taxi drivers, waitress, etc. For sure, it would be a beneficial for them since it is core element dealing with Indonesian, institution, government, etc. Learning “Bahasa” is not difficult as what we consider. It is fun and easy to learn “Bahasa” because it has similar pattern with English and it has a simple pronunciation for the words or phrases. I teach “Bahasa” for some students from Netherland every year for those who are doing the researches. I am able to deliver the source language, which is English into the target language (Bahasa) smoothly. It is not merely for students who are learning “Bahasa” but there are some workers, managers, and directors joining in learning “Bahasa for expatriate. They all learn it together with me.

I would be very pleased to assist all of the expatriates who are willing to study and to communicate in “Bahasa Indonesia” I would dedicate my time and spend all my comprehensible thoughts to make the learners able to use “Bahasa Indonesia” in their daily lives.

I am waiting forward to seeing your confirmation to study “Bahasa Indonesia”
